David Goldberg is the Principal Associate Broker for Cedarwood Realty, which since its inception in 2009 has transacted numerous residential, commercial, and industrial purchases, sales, and leases throughout Southeast Michigan. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, David is a licensed Attorney whose practice focuses on all aspects of real estate/land use transactions. In addition to being a Broker for 13 years and an Attorney for 29 years, David is also a licensed Builder, certified EGLE Stormwater Management Operator, Former Chairman of the Village of Franklin Planning Commission, and currently a Trustee on the Village of Franklin Council. David has been directly involved as legal counsel, real estate broker, and as a principal in the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, leasing and sale of hundreds of residential homes, residential communities, and commercial/industrial developments over the past 34 years.
